Omah Kolaborasi, sebuah lembaga pengembangan diri terkemuka, hari ini meluncurkan program inovatif yang menggabungkan konsep mindfulness dengan pengembangan kepemimpinan. Program ini dirancang untuk membantu para profesional muda mengembangkan keterampilan kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
Dr. Rina Wijaya, pendiri Omah Kolaborasi, menjelaskan bahwa program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan self-awareness dan fokus para peserta. "Di era yang penuh tantangan ini, pemimpin yang sukses harus memiliki kemampuan untuk mengelola emosi dan tetap fokus di tengah berbagai tekanan," ujarnya.
Program ini akan berlangsung selama enam bulan dan mencakup sesi meditasi, lokakarya interaktif, dan proyek kolaboratif. Para peserta akan dibimbing oleh para ahli di bidang psikologi, manajemen, dan praktisi mindfulness untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kepemimpinan yang holistik dan berwawasan.
